As a Senior Project Manager (Program Manager) within CloudNation’s People & Process Office, you are responsible for leading complex cloud and AI programs. You ensure predictable execution, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with the Customer Lead, who is accountable for customer strategy and value realization, you take ownership of delivery, planning, risk management, and operational excellence across teams, projects, and platforms.

What will you do?

As an Azure Cloud Consultant, you are at the heart of delivery:

Lead strategic cloud and AI programs, ensuring successful delivery, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Translate customer objectives into executable plans, roadmaps, budgets, and delivery priorities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.
Drive AI-enabled delivery by embedding Responsible AI, compliance, quality, and operational excellence into program execution.
Work closely with Customer Leads to align strategy, execution, and governance.
Identify growth opportunities and drive adoption of CloudNation’s strategic offerings, such as the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE).
Ensure clear reporting, effective risk management, and continuous improvement across programs and teams.

DEFINE

Establish clear program objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria aligned with strategic priorities and, for AI initiatives, data maturity and compliance requirements.

DESIGN

Guide teams in shaping solutions using frameworks such as Azure CAF & Enterprise-Scale and the AWS Well-Architected Framework, incorporating Responsible AI principles where applicable.

DEVELOP

Lead high-quality and adaptive delivery execution (Agile or Waterfall), including governance checkpoints and quality controls for AI/ML development initiatives.

DEPLOY

Oversee implementation and transition of delivered outcomes, including CCoE initiatives and production readiness activities, including MLOps for AI solutions.

CONINUOUS DELIVERY

Support customers in operationalizing outcomes, share accountability with the Customer Lead for governance, and maintain oversight of continuous improvement and value realization.

What do you bring?

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex cloud initiatives, including managing multiple teams, budget ownership, and senior-level stakeholder management.
Proven experience leading complex multi-team programs, including the implementation of strategic offerings such as a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE).
Strong delivery management experience in multicloud environments (Azure and AWS), including Azure CAF / Enterprise-Scale and the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Experience with AI and/or data programs, including Responsible AI, compliance requirements (such as the EU AI Act), and the MLOps lifecycle.
Demonstrated use of AI-assisted ways of working, leveraging AI agents such as Claude or Claude Code, and actively promoting these practices across teams.
Strong expectation management skills with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and stability to complex and evolving environments.
Excellent stakeholder management skills up to the C-suite level, with strong capabilities in managing risks, dependencies, and budgets.
Able to independently manage the administrative aspects of program management, including project setup, planning, and invoicing.
