What You’ll Do:

Develop

Build AI-driven software solutions, integrating machine learning models into production-ready systems.
Design and implement REST APIs using Python (FastAPI), enabling seamless interaction with AI capabilities.
Develop both back-end and front-end components, leveraging modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript.

Deploy

Create and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments in cloud and hybrid environments.
Utilize containerization tools like Docker and microservices architectures to build scalable and modular systems.
Ensure software solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and reliability.

(Continuous) Deliver:

Monitor, optimize, and maintain deployed software, ensuring systems perform effectively in production environments.
Incorporate the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to improve functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into existing infrastructures.

Your Impact:

As an AI Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy software solutions that seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities into real-world applications. You play a critical role in operationalizing AI models, transforming innovative concepts into scalable, high-performance systems.

Working at the intersection of AI and software engineering, you will bridge data science and application development, contributing to CloudNation’s AI-Enabled Landing Zones. By adhering to the principles of People, Process, and Technology, you ensure solutions are production-ready, continuously improved, and aligned with customer objectives.

Your work will span the development of APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and user-facing components, enabling enterprises to leverage the full potential of AI. This role emphasizes the end-to-end lifecycle: from robust software development to reliable deployment and continuous performance optimization.

What You Bring:

Technical Expertise:

2-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on integrating AI/ML solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python, particularly with frameworks such as FastAPI for REST API development.
Familiarity with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and integration frameworks for AI-driven applications.
Proficiency with Docker, microservices architectures, and version control tools like Git.
Experience with front-end development using React and TypeScript is a plus.

Process and Collaboration:

Hands-on experience creating CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployments.
Proven ability to collaborate within Agile teams (Scrum), ensuring iterative and timely delivery.

Communication:

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.

Experience level:

Junior AI Software Engineer:

1-2 years of experience developing APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and integrating AI-driven solutions.
Experience working in collaborative Agile environments with support from senior engineers.

Medior AI Software Engineer:

3-5 years of experience delivering production-grade AI software solutions, including REST API development and CI/CD automation.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems that integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities.
