What You’ll Do:

Discover

Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges, opportunities, and strategic goals.
Identify use cases where AI can deliver measurable value and position CloudNation’s AI expertise during discovery meetings.
Assess the feasibility of AI adoption and alignment with CloudNation’s capabilities.

Define

Develop AI strategies and roadmaps tailored to the customer's business goals, ensuring a clear path to implementation and value realization.
Match CloudNation’s value proposition to stakeholder needs, addressing technical, organizational, and ethical considerations.
Co-create proposals that incorporate People, Process, and Technology, ensuring alignment with both technical teams and business leaders.

Design

Design scalable and secure AI architectures, integrating frameworks, data platforms, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Collaborate with internal teams, including Cloud Consultants and Engineers, to ensure alignment between design and delivery phases.
Present AI solutions and designs to customers, clearly articulating how they address business objectives and technical requirements.

(Continuous) Deliver:

Provide ongoing support to optimize and enhance deployed AI solutions, ensuring they continue to meet customer needs and leverage the latest advancements.
Actively monitor AI trends and technologies to inform continuous improvement initiatives for customer solutions.

The AI Consultant plays a pivotal role in helping customers navigate their AI transformation journeys by defining strategies, designing scalable AI solutions, and driving their successful adoption. Acting as a trusted advisor, the AI Consultant bridges the gap between business challenges and technical possibilities, ensuring CloudNation’s value proposition is consistently delivered across all phases of the 6D Delivery Model.

This includes integrating People, Process, and Technology into all aspects of AI solution design and delivery.

The role emphasizes co-creation with customers, tailoring solutions that align with their goals while leveraging the latest advancements in AI. Success in this role is measured by the tangible impact of deployed AI solutions, their alignment with business objectives, and the ongoing value delivered through optimization and enhancement.

What You Bring:

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud-native data platforms, and deployment strategies in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Experience with development relevant to the AI domain, including programming languages such as Python (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and experience with scripting for data pipelines or AI model development.
Familiarity with AI ethics, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR), and responsible AI principles.

Consultative Skills:

Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Demonstrated success in developing AI strategies and designing scalable, cost-effective architectures.

Communication and Collaboration:

Strong communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written).
Ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering alignment and co-creation.
Experience in delivering workshops in the AI domain with partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS) and customers. This includes ensuring workshops are well-prepared, aligned with customer expectations, and focused on clear deliverables. Follow-up actions and outcomes are tracked to drive value and ensure next steps are executed effectively.
Works together with sales to assemble a customer-facing team when starting up new projects.
Can handle administrative tasks involved in project management (e.g. creation of projects, invoicing).

Experience level:

Junior AI Consultant:

1-3 years of experience with smaller-scale AI projects, focusing on supporting senior consultants during the Discover and Define phases.
Experience implementing foundational AI use cases or contributing to strategy development under guidance.

Senior AI Consultant:

3+ years of experience leading AI initiatives, including developing strategies, designing complex architectures, and ensuring successful delivery.
Expertise in integrating People, Process, and Technology into AI transformations, with a focus on scalable and responsible AI adoption.
