What You’ll Do:

Strategy & Vision Development

Develop and scale CloudNation’s Digital Strategy & AI consulting practice.
Build a future-proof Cloud & AI proposition that integrates business, processes, and technology.
Position CloudNation as a thought leader in the market.

Client Advisory & Business Development

Advise strategic clients at C-level on digital transformation, cloud strategy, and AI roadmaps.
Identify business drivers, opportunities, and risks, and translate them into actionable strategies.
Develop value propositions and grow existing client relationships into long-term partnerships.

Co-Creation & Transformation

Design integrated transformation programs that balance People, Process & Technology.
Collaborate with clients on AI labs, MLOps roadmaps, and operating models.
Support multidisciplinary project teams in scope management, client dialogue, and strategic direction.

Innovation

Continuously improve our consulting propositions and strategic approach.
Develop new market initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

Your Impact:

In this key role, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on client advisory. You will build our consulting practice and develop an integrated Cloud & AI proposition that helps clients transform their business. Working closely with our project teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients at the C-level.

You’re not just the visionary setting our course, you’re also the driving force behind long-term client relationships and innovative transformation programs. Success will be measured by the growth of our consulting practice, client satisfaction, and the business impact we deliver.

What You Bring:

15+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and strategy development.
Proven experience in building and leading a consulting practice within a technical organization.
Recent experience developing and implementing AI strategies.
Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, AI/ML, and Kubernetes.
Experience with Agile transformations (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); certifications such as TOGAF or ArchiMate are a plus.
Strong leadership skills, a coaching style, and natural authority in C-level conversations.
An approachable, open personality that aligns with our culture.
