Utrecht, April 28, 2026 – IG&H has acquired CloudNation from Atomic Group, marking a clear step toward end-to-end digital transformation. With this acquisition, IG&H adds more than 60 specialized cloud and AI engineers, with strong positions in AWS and Azure. The combination of CloudNation’s technical execution capabilities and IG&H’s sector expertise in financial services, healthcare and retail & products enables clients to realize end-to-end digital transformations and responds to a fundamental shift in the market: organizations are no longer looking only for technology, but for partners who understand their business and can truly deliver change.
Acquisition enables both companies to fully focus on their respective markets

Following the sale of CloudNation, Atomic Group will fully focus on sovereign cloud, data and AI infrastructure for the Netherlands, a market that is growing rapidly as European regulations become stricter. Revodata, Atomic Group’s Databricks partner, remains an unchanged part of the group. The commercial collaboration with CloudNation will continue.
