Terwijl bedrijven steeds meer vertrouwen op de cloud voor gegevensopslag en -verwerking, gebruiken velen nog steeds traditionele, reactieve beveiligingsmaatregelen zoals firewalls en antivirussoftware. Deze strategieën zijn echter niet langer voldoende om de geavanceerde dreigingen van vandaag het hoofd te bieden. Een andere praktische ontwikkeling is het koppelen van gerelateerde gebeurtenissen.
